Job Description
System Management:
- Analyze system, server, application, network, and input/output device performance.
- Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, reconfigurations, and/or purchases.
Helpdesk:
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk channel (in person, via phone or electroically)
- Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
- Installation of Window OS, MS Office and other third party applications (such as MS Navision, anti-virus etc).
- May assist additional jobs as required by IT Manager.
Job Requirement
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is required.
- Certifications in Microsoft, VMware, and Cisco is a plus
- 2+ years experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Cisco Networking
- Honest, active, creative and hard working.
- Interpersonal skills, Reporting skills in English (writen and communication)
